WinMag – software package for custom documents processing

Integrates the software products WinMid and WinMTar. These are designed to facilitate planning and realization of international commerce activities and preparation of all necessary for it documents.

WinMag is running on Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003/XP64bit, making use of all the advantages of these platforms.

The software WinMid:

• is designed for automatic preparation, printing, storage and viewing of the main custom documents, commercial and international transportation documents (EAD, DEAD, DC, Export Invoices, CMR, CIM, avio bills of landing, Certificate for Import/Export, Origin Certificate, EUR1, Customs manifest, Declaration for Credits and Leasing, Certificates, CARNET TIR);
• and allows including of any other documental forms, that customers may order;
• ensures printing on every available printing form, as well as adding of others;
•  allows setting of every separate field of the form, that covers in complete the problem of non-standard forms;
• offers different levels of data control and its alteration even when the program is running;
• offers using of document templates or libraries for each cell;
• the data copying between separate documents might be defined in advance;
• module for storage and work with currency courses, to be used for customs purposes;
• allows summarizing customs documents into user defined report, as well as possibility the latter to be sent into other applications, for example Word or Excel;
• electronic declaration (on a floppy disk) of customs declaration and customs manifest in SAD and SMD format and exporting of data in text format, that may be adjusted;
• it may accept data from word-processing applications as MS Excel and MS Word. The input data format may be adjusted;
• The file structure of data offers easy communication and data administration;
• offers form for fast calculation of custom sums for several commodities;
• offers and makes use of the complete information for particular custom tariff position, contained into the software product WinMTar.

The software WinMTar:

• represents information system, containing the complete text of the Custom Tariff of Republic of Bulgaria, as well as all the legislative and normative documents, defining the import and export regimes (laws, decrees of Ministry Council, orders, rules, instructions, commercial agreements with other countries).
